After the ninety days you can start the next cycle from where you are: €390, or four for €1,190, paid in advance, never renewed automatically. If you close at "not yet", the first call of the next cycle goes to what stopped you, not to a new plan. Want more time? An extra hour is €150.
Read your report and have the first call. If within thirty days of enrolling you decide it isn't for you, tell me and you get your money back in full. Unstarted prepaid cycles are refunded at any time. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is unaffected.
If the report is later than 48 hours, if I miss a call, or if a reply takes longer than two working days, I say so in writing and give you the time back: an extra call or an extended cycle, at no cost.

I do, and nobody else. To draft the report's wording, your answers also pass through an AI service under a client number, not your name; I read and correct every report before it reaches you. Every letter you get is sent by me, every reply you send is read by me. Nothing that could identify you is ever published.
