Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Succedro collects when you use succedro.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it plain on purpose.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Tamas Csikvari, trading as Succedro. For anything about your data, contact us at tamas@succedro.com.
2. What we collect
- Your email address — when you ask for your assessment breakdown.
- Your company name or website — optional, only if you choose to give it.
- Anything you write in the optional message box — only if you choose to share it.
- Your assessment answers and result — the responses you give in the questionnaire and the readiness level, score, focus area, and related outputs it produces.
- Your consent record — that you ticked the consent box, and the time you did.
- Basic technical data — standard server and security logs generated by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type) when any website is visited.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To send you your personalised breakdown and occasional related emails — on the basis of your consent (which you can withdraw at any time).
- To operate, secure, and improve the website — on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a safe, functioning service.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, ever. We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Formspree (USA) — processes the form submission and delivers it to us.
- Netlify (USA) — hosts and serves the website.
- Microsoft 365 — our email service, where we read and reply to your message.
Some of these providers are based outside the EU/EEA. Where your data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the providers' data-processing commitments.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you remain subscribed, and delete them on request or after 24 months of no engagement, whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email tamas@succedro.com — every marketing email also has a one-click unsubscribe.
If you believe we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to your local supervisory authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
7. Children
This site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
